there has been a little electric helli on the market for a year that has twin main rotors, and they rotate oposite of the others rotation.

the U.S. Army has had a helicopter for years that has no tail rotor. It utilizes twin main rotors and can out clime a f-16 in vertical acceleration. this is not new news.
