a populer setup is the duralight lithium polymer batteries from chief aircraft - I have a friend who flies a 35% edge with two of those batteries

they are 7.4 volt and u can get a six volt regulater and some distributer for multiple batteries- they are very light and chiefaircraft.com has really everything for electricks on big gassers[&:]
