i want to build an out rigger hydro after i read the june issue of RCBM. i was looking around online and found that cordless drill motors worked good in hydros and it just so happens that my dad broke one of his drills in half and it has a Johnson Electric PT03007 motor in it. http://www.johnsonelectric.com/produ...p?ProdID=75--A
how big of a boat would that motor run? how many cells would you run? would the great planes C-50 ESC work with it? this would be my first electric model and hydro so any help i can get i would greatly appreciate
