As a new member, (I just got my first renewal) I carry the AMA insurance because it is required at two of the three fields that I fly at. These are public fields owned by the city. As for a club, we just have a bunch of guys that like to fly, no organization. I would like to carry the insurance just for my own personal piece of mind. I would however like a choice of whether or not I want the magazine. (I don't) That part of my dues could be better spent on something else.

Question: What do you figure the cost of AMA without the subscription would be?
