I may have mistated what I meant about the gear mesh. I mean the mesh betwwen the bevel and pinion gears. The mesh is loose and I will adjust. As far as the part with spider gears. This is where the gear action seems rough. It seems the cen grease is so sticky it wont let the gears move freely and smooth. The housing is easily sealabe(keep in mind I have an mt2, dont know if it makes a difference). Any Im going to experiment with some thinner fluids. In the mean time I installed a one way diff to test. I am still going to try graphite in the outer housing with the bevel and pinion. Il post the results.
