I was having the same head wobble recently on my HB2 (after a few crashes). I took the main shaft out and looked at it, rolled it on a sheet of glass, it seemed fine. But I had a spare main shaft laying around so I put it in. Absolutely no wobble.

So I would guess your main shaft is bent.
