I was caught up in with this same issue about a year ago when setting up my 9ZAP for my Facet 2400T. The only solution I could come to was to assign an offset mix to the slave channel that was equal in magnitude to the throttle kill signal and activated by the same switch position as throttle kill. Unfortunately you don't have the same safety lock-out feature as what the throttle kill feature offers on the master engine (ie TK locked out above a given throttle point), but that's what I came up with.
