RE: How to remove CA hinges?
Before you go ahead and cut out your hinges check something first flex your control surface and find out where your alerion is interfering. It it may be in just 1 or 2 places (due to you bevel not being straight) if thats the case you won't have to remove your hinges just remove a litte more mat'l from that area,
