Am using a split elev on a 1/4 scale stick with 3004 bb servos. The guys at the field say to use two servos tied in with a y connector. There are two ways to run it. Either a reverser or use a Futaba servo on one side & a hitech on the other since hitech runs reverse from futaba. The question is what hitech servo is compatible to a 3004 futaba servo. Any ideas will be helpfull
The other thing you can do is use a regular Y connector and install one of the servos OPPOSITE of the other - one servo has the output shaft closer to the elevator than the other one. Your push rods will be of different lengths.

Several manufacturers of split elevator ARFS recommend installing the servos this way.
