good luck ron, i too went for a routine check up and found i had thyroid cancer last year. i had no symptoms so i thought. now that i am post surgery and radiation and my tsh is normal, i have found i have more energy than i have had in years. and i was hyper before the surgery, now i run like a buzzsaw. so enjoy your new found health. barry
