He he.... I slammed my R40 against a corner of a concrete brick, (on the side of the pipe) and my THS racing pipe was totaled. The stinger was flattened to the side of the pipe where that same side was "one" with the other side of the pipe and bent like a squashed banana. As it was still hot I managed to slightly straighten the stinger and round-up the hole again. After using the "freeze" method I managed to bring my pipe back to working condition. It still has some slight bends in it and some dents but the pipe works fine.... It took me 3 days to fix it though. Freeze, unfreeze, refill and freeze again. After that was done I worked my pipe again and while it was hot I worked on it with a screwdriver and some needlenose pliers to set the header pipe back to normal. Good as new

Yup, the method works, just make sure to seal the openings and check on the pipe every so often to not rupture it...
