I have the 9 tooth on mine, i tried the 8 and didn't like it, it seemed as though it took a little longer to spool up, like it was straining when I punched the throttle. As for the CF blades I have the EF factory blades. I am thinking about going to the mavrikk blades if they make them for the shogun, I have them on my Raptor. The Evoflight works fine.
