Looks like some shipping damage. Like it took a hard hit from the top of the fin and crushed the top of the fuse. Does it move at all?

Contact GP, ASAP. Hope they have lots of spare fuselages.

If any good will be coming out of all these kits with shipping damage it will be all the "slightly damaged" spare parts you will be able to aquire on the Tower "Scratch and Dent" page
