I too have the BME 50 and am putting on the finishing touches. Might be done by sunday. Where did you get the bosch cap. I too have the same setup for ignition, batt etc. did you clamp the ground wire to the plug before going to the bosch cap. Sounds like I might have a problem ahead of me as well. I used 625's on elev and 645's everywhere else
