I just guessed at mine and it works good. It's 3/4 outside dia. 11/16 inside dia. 1.00 long aluminum tube. I then welded it to a 1/8 thick 1.00 wide aluminum flat bar with 3/4 hole in it. Its on a shindaiwa 21cc weedy motor. Here is a pic.
