I like to have things portable like Snoop. I use the lightweight PowerTork starter from Central Hobbies, nicad glow starter and keep only Hobbico Quick MKII field charger on hand with lightweight 1.2Ah 12v battery to boost my plane and transmitter batteries. Fuel pump is attached to fuel can to remain portable. This way, I take only what I need from plane to plane instead of dragging the whole field box around all day if things are all attached to the box. This works well for me since I fly several planes on a given day. I'm not the type that takes one plane and fly only 2-3 flights. In that scenario, you won't need any chargers.[:-]
