Is any one beefing up the landing gear in anyway. I thought of drilling 2 extra hole for strenght. I already added epoxy on the inside and I corrected 2 mis-aligned holes. what do you all think!
I used some 3/4" tri stock on the inside against the formers fore and aft. I trimmed it to fit and epoxied it in. But from all accounts it is pretty strong to begin with.
I also added smaller tri stock to the front of the firewall on the left and right sides to help provide extra strength.
