Anyone having any problems with the horizontal stab rocking back and forth. Mine moves between 1/16th and 1/32nd front to rear on both sides but not up and down. Is this something worh woring about and if it is any suggestions on a fix.

Is this before or after gluing?
Many of the guys have glued pieces of balsa across the opening from left to right on both the top and bottom to give more gluing surface.
If the looseness is in the stab wing tubes make sure the screws are tight. beyond that it shouldn't be a problem.
