I got the plane, and cannot for the life of me remember if it came with the mount installed already, but it's mounted 90*.

I also cannot remember if it is for a reason (perhaps to fit in the cowl better).

I'll be more assistance once I get home from work and take a look at it. I flew mine with a Supertiger G-51 2ST and it was real nice! Loving the Phoenix models! Easiest ARF ever to build. Comes with surfaces already CA'ed in, I got mine on Wed. and had it ready to fly for Sat morning.
