Wagstaff Extra 300
Fancman, if you have a throttle choke, there is no need for an optical kill switch. If you read and understood my post, I had the parts for the choke servo and opted for this instead of the optical kill switch. Having two different ways of shutting your engine down in flight, I believe is more than sufficient.
How many minutes of flight time do you receive with the 16 oz tank and what engine are you using? I'm thinking of going to that size tank. Right now I'm using the stock 24 oz tank and always land with more than half a tank left. My BME 50 uses about 10 to 12 ozs. per flight. No need to carry the extra weight.
