Half a roll![sm=eek.gif] Wow I'd definitely get a new set. As xanadu_vector said make sure the blades are not to tight in the grips. The easiest way to set your blade grip tension is to turn the heli on its side. Tighten your grips till its just to the point that the blades won't fall under their own weight but will move easy by pushing the tip of the blade with one finger. If you got the money to spend I'd buy a set of carbon or glass. Since this is your first heli and if you haven't got an instructor or a lot of sim time get wood blades they are a lot easier on the wallet if you plant them. If after you get the balance on and make sure you got your grip tension set right you still have problems with the blades, the weights in the blade are probably positioned way off from each other. That being the case toss them in the can (If they were mine I'd toss the anyway).
