After re-visiting some of your original postings, I can say that they are a little less thoughtful (but quite constructive) than this posting, but then maybe you didn't have much anger built-up yet. Continue to breathe.
I believe we're making headway in improving VF's customer service with the email Salty and I got. Now lets work together and improve on the other aspects. Are you willing to assist or ....
