So you like EZ start better than roto start?
What is wrong with you?
The EZ start has the electric motor on the car. This adds a ton of weight and make is almost impossible to work around the engine.
The roto start adds just about as much weight as a pullstart to the car, and you have to carry the same weight as a EZ start. The EZ start also has that retarded igniter on it, This means you 7.2v batt. is pushing enough juice to turn over the engine, and get the glow plug hot enough to ignite the fuel. I would take a roto start over EZ-start any day.

I like pull-start the best. Out the the three engines I have owned, I have had better luck with a pull-start than an EZ start. One of the best parts of nitro is not charging batteries, why ruin that with a EZ/roto start?
As long as my engine is primed, my car usually starts within the first three pulls.

I feel starter boxes are better suited for racing than bashing, and since this is more of a bashing forum, I won't go into them here.
