Found a new place to run yesterday... brought out the Cen mt2, kyosho usa-1 and rustler... My friend had his x-factor and his big $$ t-maxx... We were getting ready for the rematch... last time the maxx melted the clutch and gears... This time I was warming up the mt2 by blasting across the parking lot when the truck going full speed suddenly pulled to the right and stalled... when I got to the truck I found both rear diff cups shattered.. (they were modded) two broked rear dog bones and 2nd gear stripped clean of teeth... Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled but it happens.. I can't figure out why this happened this way.. I was running flat and smooth and no turns... Of course, I didn't have two rear dog bones to replace the broken ones, so the race was off again.. By the way, the maxx was running like junk again... that engine is very hard to hold tune... I will have to fix the mt2 and we'll try again...
By the way, because we had so many trucks with us, we still had a great time until the police came and said the guy who just laid down the lines on the ballfield was mad at us for erasing all his work.. The cop just laughed and told us not to drive on the dirt part of the infield... OOOOOOPS...
