I'll second the HiMax outrunner. Quieter and less weight than the geared setup. I run the HiMax 2812/0650 on my Eflite Ultimate and really like it. I get 20+ minute flights using an 11x4.7 APC SF prop and a 3S 1320mah li-po.

I'd get the HiMax 2812/0850 if I had to do it again though, just a bit more rpm.
