By the way, the wheels on the Spit retract outward toward the wingtips, not inwards.

I sure wish you would give me some advice on my GSP/CM Spitfire. I'm having a heck of a time with these retracts bending on landings.
It's the only plane I have that uses retracts and it's keeping me from enjoying the Spitfire when I take it out to the field.
I really can't afford to spend $200 on quality retracts at this time. There has got to be an easy fix .
I'm using the cheap Hobbico or Dave Brown style and it's not cutting it for an 11LB bird.
