16x4W is probably too small for flying, but OK for break in. Full throttle, slightly rich, run for 3 minutes, shut off and cool for 15 minutes. Run 8 or 10 tanks through it this way then go fly.

Don't get it lean at any point during it's life and you'll be fine. I'm not a temp gun person as there lots of variables.

Make sure you use good fuel.
