think about it, loctite costs alot more than a new lock nut does and you can reuse the lock-nut. can you reuse the coating of loctite? ummmm, no. im just saying that it isnt the most cost effective and eventually you will have to take the time to strip all that off of there or the loctite wont work anyway. and you will probably strip the treads before you get there so throw in new axles or spindles($$$). big difference between dollars and cents, ill go with common sense and cents
