Also consider resale value. You'll most likely want to move up in size later on and if you stick to the popular/high demand brand(s) it'll sell in a couple of days in the classifieds here.
My choice at this time is the JetCat.

Regarding the JetCat there's a couple of online shops that are running specials where you buy the JetCat turbine (P-80) and you get a Kangaroo or HotSpot sport jet for "free". If you're already working on another turbine project, then sell the sport jet for ~$700 and consider it a rebate on the turbine purchase.....
