The Jammin isnt "illegal" because of its stinger. Ofna has simply not applied for an EFRA number for it. For reasons that I dunno- but none of there pipes are EFRA registered- mainly because they are knock-offs of Novarossi and Picco and Sirio pipes so they probably couldnt register it.
