Ban the kid... seriously, If I owned the field I'd simply restrict flying on one or two channels for the owners use EXCLUSIVELY. Anyone else caught flying on those frequencies... banished forever or whatever you deem appropriate, I guess that's up to you.
Getting shot down sucks - there are enough other reasons for crashes without being 'helped' by other fliers!!
