I haven't made note of a full cycle yet, but I noticed that some of the best discounts were last fall, nearing Christmas, and then the period after Christmas. The most recent discounts have not been as good. It appears spring is not the best time to buy.
Yes, I saw that but the previous Christmas they offered very little so it depends.
