Yeah, that was fun last night. I was flying and noticed all the other planes landed, I figure they were just changing batteries. I didnt know they were watching me. I landed and turned around, and everyone was like "That was awesome".
Things Ive learned...
- Crashing all those foamies learning, was definatly worth it.
- It takes 2 tensors, a shocky extra, a F3A, and a superstar and about 3 months to learn 3D without a sim.

- You cant fly 3D with a brick.
- Basketball goals are evil plane sucking vampires with no remorse.
- Heavy planes break when they crash, light planes dont.
- Pilot error causes 80% of crashes, the other 20% is psycho servos.
Now all I have to do is perfect it.
Cant wait to see this new maneuver. Youve come up with some pretty cool ones. Stall turn to KE loop stall, and the flatspin landing to flatspin takeoff was AWESOME.
Yeah, Chip Hyde's flight was a riot. It looked like one of my first flights. "Takeoff.....wham...Takeoff....wham" I dont think he was very happy with it. As he shoved that plane down into the garbage can at the end. It was somehow oddly satisfing knowing that even the masters can royally screw it up too. It looked to me like he didnt have ANY expo dialed in. Which would make it next to impossible to do the maneuvers he needed to do to get in and out of the obstacles.
I think Quique had the right idea though. Takeoff full throttle and just do a tight loop around the bar, instead of all that square loop/hovering stuff. Unfortunatly he didnt quite get it.
That looked like lots of fun. Im gonna try to find some stuff for us tonight to goof with. Maybe try hovering under a bar or something. We need a garbage can...
