I have a LHS in Ky. I just got a Cermark Pitts in the store the other day, and i always look at them before putting it out for sale. I found that it had a broken wing tip on the lower wing. I called Cermark and told them about the wing. They asked that I send the broken part back (i will cut the wing tip off) and that a new one will be shipped today. All i can say is that for me they have always been super with me. Dennis
