Default RE: Engine break-in without wing?

Hey Dave,

Yeh I had to cut the hole in the cowl for the head, it didnt need to be quite so big, but I thought its a hardly a major and that way I have good access to the glow plug without having to use a remote lead, and also helps out a little morewith cooling! Your taking the wheel pants off before the first flight? Interesting my girlfriend keeps pointing out that she thinks the grass is to long on the strip that I use and I think she's more concerned that they are going to snag? still undecided and will do lots of taxi run tests first.
I was going to put the decals on although I just dont really like them and this way I can make it really look different to all the others, and the checkers underneath are for my own benefit - its surprising how even a plane of this size can look so small when doing 80 Kph!! so I put them on purely to help with orientation. Came up alright and am very pleased! I have also noticed (much to my fathers concern) that his little digital camera/video sits absolutley perfectly in the cockpit! Interesting - will definitly be looking into that a little more! Might do some taxi runs tomorrow I think, better take the trainer up for another thrash first seen i havent been on the sticks for a good month or so!
