I have seen one. As you see in the pictures, it looks like a scaled-up aquastar. It also has water manners like a scaled up aquastar: meaning the one I saw wanted to push its nose under water when power was applied. Add chines/splash rails to the edges of the hull. It seemed to fly OK, and it looked nice.
