The pilot is fron Slimlines Products, I belive Tower sells them. Now for the plane being tail heavy actually mine was nose heavy with an OS FX 61 in the nose; these is a gentle fliying bipe will do only basic aerobatics, so maybe you want to save that 91 for something else.
