10,300 15 x6 apc with baffle removed or Bison Pits muffler and 15%. My 108 turns the same prop 10,600 rpms. An ultra thrust on the .91 gives it another 1000 rpm-- burns a lot more fuel though.

Did you give your .91 a good rich break in? Are you sure your back plate and head is not lose?
