Mark, that Homelite 45cc I converted for my CAP is a shaker as well. I found a video on how to balance the hub of a prop. It was the first time I had ever heard about balancing the tips, then the hub. I'm going to do that on my replacement prop and see if it makes any difference. At full throttle, that Homey shook the aileron counterbalances off. They are lead, and I got them to finally stick by drilling small holes in the ends, and using polyurethane glue.
