When I dealt with Dymond, I spoke to a human and ordered over the phone, and the order arrived in about a week.

Now you have me worried. When I ordered the Hummingbird CP, I also ordered it over the phone and spoke to a human. There was no mention of part numbers, but the ad for $69 indicating a $30 closeout price reduction seemed about right, and my request was specifically for a "Collective Pitch", so I hope they don't ship me an FP instead.
