Roger on the old school. I almost always order online, but sometimes if I have a question about a product before ordering, or just want to check out what kind of customer service response I might get in the future in case of future problems or questions, I'll jump on the blower and see if a human is available. You can tell a little bit about how knowledgeable they are, or how they run their business by just speaking with a rep:-)
