I pretty much don't have a problem fueling mine... It has popped off
on a few occasions and it's mainly on the first fill of the day, And I
may be just pumping to fast(manual)... To me it's a good indicator
when to cut or replace the tubing:-) But I only did it once since I
started flying(year... Lots of flying:-))... And that's when it was hot
and the fuel nipple was abit short.... So I cut a longer one and it
works Great!! I also now use a filter on the outlet line from the can.
Although.. I'm getting a lot better.... My main problem is pulling the
fuel line first instead of the vent, I still do it at times.... even with
different colored tubing...(Darn senior moments).. That's a "BIG"
no no on a YS... The back of my car can attest to that:-(......
