Default RE: Different oils. different engines?

There seems to be a new wave of thinking on this, that ignores breaking in on petrolium based oil etc, etc, and using Synthetic from the start.

With some of the same concerns that you have, I have personally decided to use Amsoil 100:1 Pre Mix, at 80:1 in all of my gassers. My experience with this oil at 80:1 has been excellent.

Time will tell but I am optomistic that everything will be fine.
