You can break in the DA with the 22-10 just fine. As for performance issues, only the owner of the plane can determine what they like best. A lot of the DA flyers are using 23 and 24" props to achieve the desired performance for their flying styles. The Brison 3.2 seems to perform near it's best with the MSC 22-8. It will swing a larger prop for certain, it's just a matter of what you are looking for in performance for this type of aircraft. As in anything else in this hobby, there are no fixed rules for what's best for everyone.
