I have a Ultra Stick 40 and it will actually flatspin very well. I couple my flaps and ailerons and that makes it possible. Also increase the throws to max. The Ultra Sticks control surfaces aren't that big so the more throw the better for wild manuevers.

As for "Water Fall", thats a big NO. Well, I haven't been able to at least. The Ultra Stick needs alot more Elevator. I am actually going to make my elevator and rudder larger, so once I do that I'll tell you if that works.
