I have a DA-50 and a menz 22X8 prop turns 7150 Im on my 4th gal of the 32:1 lawnboy ashless mix and ive noticed at high rpms under load it sounds like it has preignition like a pinging should i be leaning it out?
You need to richen the high side up, but if yours is like mine, you can't. I put a WT76 carb on one of mine to solve that problem. On the other one, I drilled the high speed fuel passageway out..................Be looking for a thread on the gas engine site for the modification to the stock carb......just haven't had the time to write it.
