A bit of wind helps a ton!

harrier it down the runway, or whereever you are flying pointing into the wind and pull the nose up but not completely verticle... Slowly back your throttle down a little bit at a time- if you let off the power and then back on quickly it can cause the plane to TR but if you just back off slowly it wont be as hard to keep off the TR... Just keep backin it down till you get to the ground and go for it!
