I think that your problem is in channel management. Ch #1 on JR is throttle while hitec is aileron. chan #2 on JR is Ailereon and Hitec is elevator. So on with the other channel . #4 is the same on both radios. I hope that this gives an explenation on the confusion. Change the servos to these settings on the receiver and see if they corrospond correctly.
