Should the prop be mounted on the motor as if the motor were installed forward, or mounted on the motor with the prop FACING
the front of the plane ? It is currently facing backwards, i.e. the curved face of the prop is facing away from the tail of the plane and the motor is running backwards.

Also my CG is forward from the spar, I will move it back some more today and try again, if it isn't too windy.
