I kind of agree with Jim on this one. Look at the facts, the guy's that are big time into jets, are not short on $$...10k and up for a bird ain't chicken feed. If you can afford several airplanes of that caliber, then you can afford to foot your own bill to events, whether they are here in the USA or elsewhere. Also, it's not like sponsoring say an olympic team where you would get a massive amount of exposure for your $$ investment. Don't get me wrong, I am all for supporting the guy's in spirit...but financially for this one, I too would have to opt out.
